2. Quick answers

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone only. The Game has no accounts, no sign-in and no cloud save. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data, the progress is gone, and we cannot restore it. Your phone’s own backup (Google or Apple) may restore it, depending on your device settings.

I got a new phone. Can I move my progress?

Not by ourselves: there is no account to sign in to. If your old and new phone share a system backup, the Game’s data may come with it.

Is the BTC in the Game real?

No. All currencies in the Game are virtual, have no real-world value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. See the Terms of Use.

The Game says there is no video right now.

Rewarded videos depend on your connection and on what advertisers have available at that moment. Check your internet connection and try again a little later.

Can I turn ads off?

The Game is free and supported by ads. Rewarded videos are always optional. You can reset or switch off personalised ads in your phone settings: see section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

How do I switch notifications off?

The reminders are scheduled by the Game on your phone. Switch them off in the system settings of your phone (notifications for Mining Fever).

Which language does the Game use?

The language of your phone, if the Game has it (English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Turkish, Japanese or Arabic), otherwise English.

3. Delete your data

The Game has no accounts, so there is no account to close. What exists, and how to delete it:

Write a deletion request

We answer within the time the law requires. Your other rights, and the steps to reset or limit advertising identifiers, are in sections 5, 8 and 9 of the Privacy Policy. Starting over (clearing the data or reinstalling) creates new random identifiers, and we do not link new data to the old.
